Chinese HSK 2 – Course Objective
To develop basic Mandarin communication skills and enable learners to understand and participate in simple everyday conversations with greater confidence.
Course Curriculum
Vocabulary: Daily life, travel, shopping, health, school & work
Grammar: Basic sentence patterns, aspect markers, comparisons & common complements
Verbs & Structures: Modal verbs, result complements, directional expressions & common measure words
Communication: Making requests, giving suggestions, describing experiences & making plans
Listening & Speaking: Understanding short conversations and responding appropriately
Reading & Writing: Reading short texts and writing simple sentences and messages
Practical Chinese: Shopping, transportation, restaurants, appointments & daily routines
Culture: Chinese customs, traditions & everyday life
