Welcome to Bangladesh Foreign Language Club (BDFLC). By accessing our website, registering for a course, making a payment, or participating in any BDFLC course or service, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About BDFLC
Bangladesh Foreign Language Club (BDFLC) is a language-learning institution providing language courses and related educational services through online and offline classes.
BDFLC may offer courses in French and other foreign languages, including different levels, examination preparation courses, and specialized language programs.
Course availability, schedules, fees, instructors, course materials, and other details may vary from batch to batch.
2. Course Admission & Registration
Admission is subject to seat availability and is generally processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
A student's admission is considered confirmed only after BDFLC receives the required payment according to the applicable course payment instructions.
Submission of an application or registration form does not, by itself, guarantee admission.
BDFLC reserves the right to verify the information provided by an applicant.
Students seeking admission to a level other than A1, or students returning after a significant study break, may be required to take a placement test to determine the appropriate level.
BDFLC may refuse or cancel an admission where information provided by the applicant is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise unacceptable.

BDFLC may divide, merge, postpone, reschedule, or cancel a batch when necessary, including where minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
Students will be informed of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.
Course duration, class days, class times, fees, course content, instructors, learning materials, and delivery methods may differ between batches.

4. Payment Terms
Students must follow the payment instructions provided by BDFLC.
Where an installment facility is offered, each installment must be paid within the specified deadline.
Failure to make a required payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of registration or suspension of access to the course.
Students should not make any payment based solely on unofficial communication. Where applicable, students should wait for the official quotation/payment instructions issued by BDFLC.
BDFLC reserves the right to update course fees and payment structures for future batches.
Any bank charges, payment gateway charges, or other applicable transaction charges may be payable by the student where specified.
Students must follow the payment instructions provided by BDFLC.

Where a refund is permitted before commencement, an administrative charge may be deducted as communicated during registration.
Once a student has commenced participation in a course, fees paid for attended, reserved, or delivered course services may not be refundable.

6. Late Admission
Late admission may be permitted only where seats are available and the course structure allows the student to catch up.
BDFLC may restrict late admission after a certain number of classes have been conducted.
A late-registration fee may apply where specified for the relevant batch.
Students joining late are responsible for catching up on missed lessons and materials unless otherwise stated by BDFLC.

7. Class Shifting & Batch Changes
Requests to change a batch, schedule, or shift must be submitted before the commencement of the relevant course whenever possible.
Batch or schedule changes are subject to seat availability.
BDFLC does not guarantee that a requested batch transfer will be possible.
Once classes have commenced, a batch transfer may be restricted or subject to additional conditions.

8. Attendance
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
Students are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled classes and completing missed lessons.
BDFLC may establish minimum attendance requirements for examinations, mock tests, certificates, progression to another level, or other academic activities.
For courses where a minimum attendance requirement is specified, students who fail to meet that requirement may not be eligible for certain assessments or academic benefits.
Absence from a class does not automatically entitle a student to a refund or reduction in course fees.

9. Online Classes
For online courses:
Students are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, software, and learning environment.
BDFLC will not generally be responsible for interruptions caused by a student's internet connection, device, electricity supply, or technical problems beyond BDFLC's reasonable control.
Students must use the designated online platforms and communication channels responsibly.
Students must not record, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share BDFLC classes, teaching materials, recordings, or other educational content without prior written permission.
10. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
Course materials, notes, presentations, recordings, exercises, assessments, graphics, logos, documents, and other educational resources provided by BDFLC may be protected by intellectual property rights.
Materials provided to students are intended for personal educational use unless otherwise stated.
Students may not reproduce, sell, publish, redistribute, upload, or commercially exploit BDFLC materials without prior written permission.
The BDFLC name, logo, branding, website content, and original educational materials may not be used for commercial purposes without authorization.

Where a course requires students to achieve a minimum score in mock tests or assessments, students must meet the applicable requirement to progress to the next level or session.
A student who does not meet the required academic standard may be advised to repeat or re-enroll in an appropriate course.
Completion of a BDFLC course does not automatically guarantee success in an external examination such as DELF, TCF, TEF, or any other examination conducted by an independent examination authority.
BDFLC may conduct quizzes, assignments, mock tests, placement tests, or other assessments to evaluate student progress.
Where a course requires students to achieve a minimum score in mock tests or assessments, students must meet the applicable requirement to progress to the next level or session.

External examinations are administered by the relevant examination authority or institution and are subject to their own rules, fees, schedules, eligibility requirements, and procedures.
BDFLC does not guarantee that a student will pass an external examination.
Where an external examination is not conducted by BDFLC, students are responsible for completing the examination registration and payment procedures with the relevant authority.
BDFLC may prepare students for external language examinations such as DELF, TCF, TEF Canada, or other recognized examinations.

13. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior toward instructors, staff, classmates, and other members of the BDFLC community.
The following activities are prohibited:
Harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive behavior
Discriminatory or offensive conduct
Disrupting classes or educational activities
Sharing inappropriate or unauthorized content
Unauthorized recording of classes
Misuse of BDFLC communication platforms
Providing false or misleading information
Attempting to obtain unauthorized access to BDFLC systems or resources
Any activity that may damage the reputation, safety, or legitimate interests of BDFLC or its community
BDFLC may suspend or terminate a student's participation where serious or repeated violations occur.

Students should use the official communication channels designated by BDFLC for course-related communication.
BDFLC may provide students with access to communication platforms such as email, messaging groups, Slack, or other designated platforms.
Students should not rely on unofficial individuals or third parties for payment instructions, admission confirmation, or other official decisions.
BDFLC may not be responsible for transactions made to unauthorized individuals or accounts.

18. Promotional Materials & Student Participation
Where permitted and where appropriate consent has been obtained, BDFLC may use student testimonials, feedback, photographs, videos, or other promotional materials for institutional communication and marketing purposes.
Students may contact BDFLC regarding the use of their personal content or promotional materials.
19. Force Majeure
BDFLC shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Public emergencies
Internet or telecommunications disruptions
Power outages
Technical failures
Health emergencies
Severe weather
Other unforeseen circumstances
Where reasonably possible, BDFLC will attempt to provide an alternative arrangement.
20. Limitation of Responsibility
BDFLC provides educational and language-learning services but does not guarantee a particular academic, examination, employment, immigration, visa, or other personal outcome.
Students are responsible for their own decisions and for verifying requirements imposed by external institutions, examination authorities, universities, embassies, governments, or other organizations.

BDFLC may update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Updated terms may be published on the BDFLC website. Continued use of the website or participation in BDFLC services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
